Mango and Red Pepper Salsa

Always a favorite at the PRP Picnic in the Vineyards

4 mangos, diced
3 jalapeños, seeded & diced
3 red peppers, finely chopped
1/2 ginger root, peeled & finely grated
1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
3 red onions, finely chopped
3 limes, juiced
Salt/p>

Combine ingredients and serve with fresh tortillas or chips.
