Thai Coleslaw
The perfect pairing with Gewurztraminer
1 head green cabbage, chopped
1/2 head purple cabbage, chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Dressing:
6 T canola oil
6 T rice vinegar
5 T soy sauce
3 T brown sugar
2 T ginger, peeled & chopped
1/2 T minced garlic/p>
Combine all ingredients. Blend dressing, then fold into salad. Serves 15.
