Husch tries very hard to earn your patronage through the quality of our wines, the friendliness of our staff, and the caliber of our customer service. Information about our customers is private and Husch treats it that way.

To ship wine to our customers, and share news from the winery, we sometimes ask customers to provide personal information (PI) such as mailing address, shipping address, email address and phone number. Husch asks that members of our Priority Release Program keep a valid credit card number on file so we can process wine shipments promptly for these customers.

Some of this information is stored. It is protected with physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. If you would like us to delete this information from our systems please send us a note (see link to "contact us" below) and simply notify us of your request.

Husch does not sell your data. Period.

Husch uses browser "cookies" if you build a wine order on our website. These cookies, which are stored on your computer, keep track of your current order. In addition, if you share with us your shipping state, or your email address, or whether you are a member of the Husch PRP wine club, we will store that information in a cookie.

We use one third party cookie: Google Analytics. This helps Husch understand how our customers interact with our website. Google states their cookie contains no personal identifiable information. We do not use social media, advertising, or any other 3rd party cookies.

Husch is a small business so we aren't regulated by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the European equivalent (GDPR). Nonetheless we fully agree with the principles of data privacy. The bottom line is that we don't sell your data and we would be happy to delete any personal data we have upon request. Just let us know how we can honor your wishes.
