Blue Cheese Spread

8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz strong blue cheese, crumbled

Process the cream cheese in a food processor until smooth. Add the blue cheese and process to blend. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate, well-covered, at least four hours to allow the flavors to blend. Best when allowed to warm to room temperature before serving.
