Toasted Almond Coated Brie with Pear
1 large wedge of brie
1 cup raw sliced almonds
egg white
fresh pears (crunchy, like a Bosc)
Brush brie with egg white. Coat with raw sliced almonds. Wrap tightly wit plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove from plastic and bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes until almonds are slightly toasted and cheese is warm. Serve with fresh pear slices.
